Cellulite consists of fat accumuldated in the connective tissue beneath the skin. Toxins and waste that has not been removed from the body collect there and become hard. Exercise more to get blood pumping. Studies have proven that bad circulation in condusive to the growth of cellulite. Riding a bike is an excellent form of exercise which will mprove blood circulation in the legs. This can be effective for ridding cellulite on the hips, thighs, and buttocks.

Lastly, don’t waste time on “miracle creams” or “cellulite cures” – these things never work, because cellulite is an internal problem. It develops because of your lifestyle – if you want to conquer cellulite, you must make changes to your lifestyle.

And remember, some people just tend to develop more stubborn cellulite than others. Following these tips will help you control your cellulite, possibly before it even starts.
